I can't give a proper review for this item since it's been three weeks since I placed my order, and I still haven't gotten it. I've called three times, and each time, I get brushed off with excuses about "it's with royal mail and there are strike issues," even though there haven't been any strikes during this time. I talk to someone who promises to help, but then I find myself calling back a week later because nothing has changed. My emails? Totally ignored. I’m left in the dark about whether I’ll ever see what I ordered. It really feels like this company has just taken my cash and done squat. The customer service is awful—they clearly don’t give a hoot about how customers feel. Do yourself a favor and steer clear unless you want to throw away your time and money.
